Kevin A. Kelley, Esq.
Kevin A. Kelley is an experienced and dedicated attorney with over six years of litigation experience, practicing family law and immigration law. He is known for his strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and his ability to connect with clients empathetically while providing exceptional legal representation.
Kevin is licensed to practice law in Florida, South Carolina, and Maryland. He holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
Before founding Kelley Law, P.A., Kevin served as a senior attorney at Kenny Leigh & Associates and with Sodoma Law Group where he managed a diverse caseload involving family law matters and where he led a trial team, mentored associate attorneys, and supervised legal staff.
In addition to his extensive courtroom experience, Kevin has handled complex legal research, strategic planning, negotiation, and mediation. His passion for the law is matched by his commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients while maintaining a compassionate and client-focused approach.
When he’s not practicing law, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

Luke Brumfield
Luke Brumfield serves as the Operations Advisor for Kelley Law, P.A., providing strategic guidance on technology, infrastructure, and firm operations. A graduate of Marshall University, with a B.S. in Computer Science (2013), Luke began his career in computer science and cybersecurity, developing resilient systems and safeguarding digital environments. His expertise later extended into the legal sector, where he began advising Kelley Law, P.A. on technology and operational efficiency.
Luke has collaborated with founding attorney Kevin A. Kelley for more than 15 years, a professional relationship rooted in trust and shared values. Luke supports the firm’s operational needs—helping ensure that systems run smoothly, workflows remain efficient, and client services are supported with care and precision.
Luke is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice. His contributions are focused on technology, infrastructure, and client experience. Whether optimizing processes, strengthening systems, or advising on operational advancements, Luke approaches each responsibility with professionalism and dedication. He believes that every client deserves clarity, compassion, and reliable support, and he is proud to contribute to a firm committed to delivering these values.
